to manufacturers and distributors of healthcare products. The company's

recognized as the leading online directory of medically related products
and services. Each month the site is visited by thousands of users, and
is regularly featured as a top ten listing in its category by Google,
Yahoo! and most other major search engines.
The MedMarket virtual mall service will be enhanced to more closely serve
the supplier needs of retail directors at hospitals nationwide. The system
will serve as an online reference site for buyers searching for gift,
convenience and healthcare products for stores located on hospital campuses.
Paquin also explained that the MedMarket team has experience designing
and hosting ecommerce sites for its clients. The Paquin Group is planning
to offer ecommerce technology and product order fulfillment services to
its clients.

The acquisition was reported as an asset purchase, other details were
not disclosed.
